Our proposals aim to deliver 10 new homes. The proposals take into account the existing character and scale of the neighbouring properties ensuring integration into the existing context.
The new development will also include a shared garden with communal allotments at the rear which will introduce additional biodiversity on the site.
It is our intention to retain the majority of the existing trees at the rear of the site in order to maintain the natural screening and buffer zone to the train line.
